Here to help individuals through their journey of self-discovery

musing

[ mus·ing ]   noun

A period of thought or reflection

Musing Minds therapy aims to break down the stigmas surrounding therapy, particularly within ethnic minority communities. As your therapist, I help recognise the unique experiences and challenges you face, offering confidential support that fosters healing and growth, without judgement. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate care, and I am here to walk with you on your journey.

Meet Keisha

I understand that starting therapy can be a difficult step and I am here to support you on that journey. I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist and I provide a compassionate and culturally attuned space, where we will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. It is a collaborative process, where we move at your own pace to help gain insight, navigate challenges and foster personal growth in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Areas of experience:

I focus on supporting those who are experiencing:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • loss

  • trauma

  • relationship challenges

  • self esteem and identity issues

  • sexual issues (kink-aware)

I am particularly passionate about helping those from marginalised communities, including individuals navigating challenges around race, gender, and sexual identity. My work is deeply rooted in understanding how past experiences, particularly generational trauma, can shape the present. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, and I aim to create a space where all of who you are is honoured.
